✅ Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, opened food products, or personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

✅ Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be credited directly to your bank/wallet.

✅ Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will send a free replacement at no extra cost.

  • For COD orders, only replacements are available (no direct refunds).
